Join us for a beautiful opening night of our 75th Anniversary Celebration featuring the Academy Award winning classic An American in Paris!
The evening includes a chic Parisian welcome reception with complimentary themed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, reserved seating in our main theater for a spectacular presentation of the film, and a fabulous opening night party with music, dancing, and discounted cocktails, beer, and wine. Come dressed in your French Best for the party of the season celebrating 75 years at the Bedford Playhouse!
The 1952 Best Picture Winner combines all of the elements of the classic movie musical – a memorable Gershwin score, incredible technicolor cinematography (never more apparent than in the famous 18-minute ballet sequence), the dancing genius of Gene Kelly and Leslie Caron and the masterful direction of Vincente Minnelli.
