LifeChangers kicks off its series with a conversation to help get you into your best shape for the season with High Intensity Strength Trainer, Clint Bigham. Clint specializes in training people over 40, and uses yoga, pilates and weights, to lead us towards a path of healthy habits in as little time as possible. His format is efficient, and can be done at home. If you’ve shied away from the gym, if you have an injury that has set you back, or if you just don’t really know how to launch a life lifting work out, please join us! Clint will explain his safe, quick and uncompromisingly dedicated format for you!
