In this powerful documentary, survivor and mental wellness advocate Kevin Hines, who at age 19 attempted to take his life by jumping from the Golden Gate Bridge, chronicles the impact of his suicide attempt on others and his work as a mental health advocate.
“Suicide: The Ripple Effect” explores the lasting effects of suicide focusing on breaking stigma, advocacy, and mental wellness. An audience conversation and Q&A will follow the film led by John MacPhee (see below) along with co-director Greg Dicharry. This film is being presented as part of the ReelAbilities Film Festival.
