VIP Tasting & Green Room Experience

You + nine (9) of your friends can enjoy 90-minutes of exclusive use of the luxurious NYC&G Tasting & Green Room at Bedford Playhouse, complete with light hors d’oeuvres + wine, followed by popcorn + tickets to the evening’s movie in the Main Theater.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Bedford Playhouse permits rental cancellations at any time, without penalty, up until 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. For cancellation requests with less than 48 hours’ notice, the renter may reschedule the event at no additional charge (one rescheduling permitted per rental). If the renter declines the rescheduling option, then Bedford Playhouse will retain 50% of the rental fee. If the renter cancels less than 24 hours in advance, they may reschedule at no additional charge or forfeit the entire rental fee.

All rescheduled events must take place within four weeks of the original event. Availability of particular showtimes or dates for rescheduled rentals cannot be guaranteed. If nothing is desirable or available within the four-week rescheduling window, the renter will receive whatever refund is available under the terms given above. Rental bookings are not transferable.


  • Theater rentals include a free small popcorn & small fountain drink for each individual. Additional concessions must be pre-ordered when you reserve your private rental. 
  • If you choose to not use our concessions, the renter must inform Bedford Playhouse 24 hours prior to your rental.
  • No refills of popcorn or fountain drinks.
  • For everyone’s safety, patrons are asked to take their concessions trash with them when leaving a screening and to dispose of it in the trash cans provided.
  • No outside food or beverage is permitted.


  • If the renter chooses to add services from our cafe and bar, there is a $150 minimum added to your rental fee. If after ordering the renter does not meet the minimum, the difference will be added to the total bill.
  • All food ordered from the cafe must be pre-ordered and finalized 24 hours prior to the rental. Final payment can be made in advance or at the end of the rental. 
  • If the renter chooses to have a special menu created beyond our normal offerings, there will be an additional $75 chefs fee. For larger groups with cafe and bar options, there may be additional fees for extra staff.
  • The food and beverage can be consumed before, during, or after the screening.
  • No outside food or beverages allowed.
