Effective Conflict Resolution: Get Your Needs Met and Keep Relationships Too

Coming on February 15

Run Time: 90 min.

This workshop will present essential features of an approach to negotiation and conflict resolution known as “interest based” or “principled” negotiation. It is a form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), that was first described in a seminal book called “Getting to Yes”, out of the Harvard Project on Negotiation in 1983. It is an approach that can help lead participants to fair, equitable, win-win outcomes, while helping to preserve long-term relationships.

Some complimentary tickets are available for those in need, please email programming@bedfordplayhouse.org to inquire about availability.  Supplies are limited.

Presented by Roberta Markowitz, LCSW-R, Director, Oakwood Center; Member of THRIVE
