Box Office Hours

The box office opens 45 minutes before the first scheduled screening of the day and closes 15 minutes after the start of the last scheduled film.

Please Note: On select days with early screenings, the café may open earlier to accommodate guests.

Parking

Bedford Village offers a variety of public parking options throughout the area. Please refer to the map below for nearby lots and street parking. See parking map here.

Please Note: Parking is prohibited across the street from the Playhouse entrance during business hours. Do not block the fire lane behind the theater or the tenant parking lot. Vehicles parked in violation may be towed at the owner’s expense.

 

Ticket Information

Tickets may be purchased online at any time or at the box office during operating hours.

Regular Admission Prices
Adults: $16
Children & Seniors: $13
Premium Recliners: $25

A $1.75 per-ticket service fee applies to online purchases.

Pricing for special events, live performances, and speaker programs varies by event.

All sales are final. Members may exchange tickets in accordance with membership benefits.

At Bedford Playhouse, we are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all guests. Please see below for our accessibility.

Building

  • Parking:  One handicap parking space is available in the back parking lot and front entrance. The front entrance may be used for convenient drop-off and pick-up.
  • Entrance: Our front doors are ADA-compliant, and an assistive door opener is available on the far right at the main entrance.
  • Elevator: An elevator is available on both levels.

Seating

Wheelchair-accessible seating with companion seats is available in both the Main Theater and the Clive Theater. View our seating map here.

Hearing Assistance

Auracast Hearing Assistance: Users can connect their hearing aids, earbuds, or headphones directly to the theatre audio system. Please ask a manager for assistance.

Doremi CaptiView Closed Captioning Device: A personal closed captioning device with a small, adjustable screen that fits into your cup holder. Captions are delivered wirelessly and can be used from any seat. Available free of charge at the box office.

Restrooms

ADA-accessible unisex restrooms are available on both the upper and lower levels.

Service Animals

Trained service animals in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are welcome.

Sensory Screenings

Enjoy a sensory movie experience in an inclusive setting. Sound is softened, lights are dimmed, and guests are free to move, talk, or sing along. In partnership with the Inclusive Initiative.

We want every guest to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Bedford Playhouse. Please review the following policies before your visit.

Outside Food & Beverage

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. We invite you to enjoy our selection of concessions, snacks, beer, wine, and specialty drinks.

Children

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Children may not be dropped off or left unattended.

Audience Courtesy

Please keep in mind that your actions can affect your neighbors’ experience. Please refrain from talking, using your phone, or engaging in other distracting activities during the program so that everyone can enjoy the presentation.

Bedford Playhouse reserves the right to ask any guest whose behavior is disruptive to leave the theater without a refund.

Tickets & Reserved Seating

Please have your ticket confirmation available on your mobile device or as a printed copy upon arrival.

All ticket sales are final.

Schedule & Auditorium Changes

On occasion, we may need to move a film or event to a different auditorium or adjust the schedule. If this affects a reserved seating purchase, guests will be notified and assigned comparable seats whenever possible.
