Capacity: Up to 20 guests
Additional guests: $10 each (up to 17 children total).

Clive Theater

Peak (Fri–Sun): $1,050
Off-Peak: $850
Non-profit: $850 Peak / $650 Off-peak

Capacity: Up to 40 guests
Additional guests: $10 each (up to 25 children total).

Main Theater

Peak (Fri–Sun): $3,000
Off-Peak: $2,250
Non-profit: $2250 Peak / $1500 Off-peak

Capacity: Up to 160 guests

Extend the party with reserved space in our Café following your screening.

Outsourced food can be scheduled and ordered via the Playhouse. Feel free to bring your own cake at no additional charge.

VIP Tasting & Green Room Experience

Enjoy exclusive access to our NYC&G Tasting & Green Room for up to 10 guests, complete with light hors d’oeuvres, wine, and movie admission.

Booking Information

  • Adult supervision required for children’s events (1 adult per 5 children)
  • Rentals are subject to availability
  • Rush fees may apply for bookings made within two weeks of the event
  • Rescheduling is permitted up to 72 hours before the event
