NO OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINK PERMITTED

 

CHILDREN UNDER 13 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED AND SUPERVISED BY ADULT AT ALL TIMES WHILE AT THE PLAYHOUSE.  CHILDREN MAY NOT BE DROPPED OFF.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

 

ZERO TOLERANCE DISRUPTION POLICY

To ensure the proper viewing experience for your fellow patrons, we insist on no talking or phone use during our films. We reserve the right to ask patrons to leave without refund if they disturb others. You will only receive one warning about disruptive behavior, anything further will result in expulsion from the theater without refund.

SEATING AND EXCHANGE POLICY

RESERVED TICKETS: Please have your order confirmation email printed or open on your mobile device.

Once purchased, tickets are not eligible for refund.  Members are eligible for exchanges or credits if we are contacted before the showtime with your request.  Please contact us at info@bedfordplayhouse.org for further information regarding tickets.
