Bedford Playhouse welcomes back musician and historian Ben Model providing live piano accompaniment to the classic silent comedy The Gold Rush, Charlie Chaplin’s acknowledged masterpiece. This feature-length film contains some of the most iconic scenes in silent film comedy history. Recommended for ages 3 to 93.

Shot partly on location in the Sierra Nevadas and featuring such timeless gags as the dance of the dinner rolls and the meal of boiled shoe leather, The Gold Rush is an indelible work of heartwarming hilarity.
