Winston Rider is a young American singer, songwriter, and guitarist who’s making waves with a sound that echoes the soulful style of John Mayer.

Rider discovered his passion for music at the tender age of 12. By the time he was 17, he had already written and produced over 100 original songs, showcasing a natural talent and dedication to his art that far belies his years. Rider’s musical influences are as diverse as they are rich, drawing inspiration from legends like John Mayer, Bruce Springsteen and Stevie Ray Vaughn, and contemporary artists such as Rex Orange County and The Arctic Monkeys. His talent caught the eye of the music world in December 2021 when iHeartRadio and Z100 New York selected him as the opening act for the prestigious Jingle Ball concert in New York City. Performing at the Hammerstein Ballroom, he kicked off one of the biggest music events of the year, marking a significant milestone in his burgeoning career.

Most recently Rider was once again in the lineup for the 2023 iHeartRadio and Z100 All Access Lounge performing amongst musical talent including, LANY, Paul Russell, Gayle and Owenn. Locally Rider performed at The 2023 Bedford Music Festival and Greenwich Town Party.
