Dr Abby Siegel, M.D., FAAP is a Board Certified Pediatrician who does home sick visits for children in Westchester and CT through her private practice, Abby Siegel Health Consulting. She also does functional health consultations for clients of all ages. Dr Abby Siegel’s approach to clients focuses on seeing the whole person, not just the symptoms. With 30 years of clinical experience as a physician as well as certification in functional medicine, and training in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Dr. Abby provides collaborative care that puts you at the center of your health journey.

Rachel Gertsman, M.S., E.D. is the owner of Tot Time, a private Preschool located in North Salem. With over twenty years of experience teaching both neurotypical and neurodiverse children, Rachel’s experience includes co-teaching in integrated classrooms, head teaching in self-contained classes for children with autism, working as a parent trainer, SEIT teacher, ABA therapist, EI provider, and teaching art, music and STEM classes for children aged 18 months to 7 years. Acclaimed as the “Queen of Play,” Rachel has a commitment to energetic and creative approach to instruction.

Carla Perl, CPSC is a Certified Pediatric Sleep and Positive Encouragement Consultant. Through her company, Slumberland Solutions, she creates customized sleep and toddler behavior plans tailored to each family’s unique needs. Her gentle methods are grounded in a variety of proven techniques and aim to ensure healthier sleep patterns and happier households.

Alexandra White, M.A., IBCLC is an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) working in private practice and overseeing the Doula Program at Bedford Hills Correctional Facility. Grounded in the Doula model of care which emphasizes wellbeing for the parents and family unit as a whole, her private practice, Brook Farm Lactation and Doula sees families through all phases of lactation – from prenatal preparation through weaning at any age of infancy or toddlerhood – and works to support each family as they make their transition through the postpartum period.
