She crafts her own elaborate romantasy daydream where she is kidnapped by Dragomir, a dangerously powerful, ridiculously attractive fae, and is conscripted into battle against the Wraiths. It’s absurd. It’s dramatic. And it’s easier than facing the chronic pain consuming her real life. But as Anne’s fantasy begins to take over, she must find the courage to fight for herself in the real world.
