Trombonist, singer, bandleader and former member of Ray Charles & Hector Lavoe’s Orchestras, Gerard Carelli has been fronting his own groups for more than 3 decades. His groups have entertained at galas for Caramoor, Katonah & Neuberger Museums, Lincoln Center’s Film Society and Midsummer Night Swing and at every private club and hotel in the city.

Gerard is refocused on the music he fell in love with years ago – jazz and loving every minute of it. Expect to hear lyrical melodies from the American Songbook and a sweet and swinging trombone as recorded on his two CD’s “Beautiful Dancer” and “Lucky to Be Me”.
